Opportunity: Fiscal Years 2022, 2023, and 2024 Prioritization Process Pilot Program (PPPP)
Overview and Eligible: The purpose of PPPP is to support data-driven approaches to planning that, upon completion, can be evaluated for public benefit. The program provides funding to develop and implement a publicly accessible, transparent prioritization process for the ranking and selection of projects for inclusion in short-range and long-range transportation plans.
This program was established by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
Amount: The award floor is $2,000,000 and the award ceiling is $2,000,00,000. There are 5 expected awards for each fiscal year. The total estimated program funding for each fiscal year is $10,000,000. For this NOFO, $30 million is being made available across FY22, FY23 and FY24.

Eligible Applicants:
MPOs that serve a census delineated urban area with a population of over 200,000, and
States.
Key Dates: Applications are due May 1, 2024.
