Opportunity: Federal Highway Administration Nationally Significant Federal Lands and Tribal Projects (NSFLTP) Program
Overview and Eligible Uses: The NSFLTP program provides funding for the “construction, reconstruction, and rehabilitation” of nationally significant transportation projects within and providing access to federal and Tribal lands.
The program provides funds for single continuous projects of at least $12.5M on transportation facilities on or relating to federal and tribal lands for which all required National Environmental Policy Act activities are complete.
Amount: A total of $47.74M in FY 24 funds are available. While there is no minimum or maximum award sizes, total project costs must be at least $12.5M.

Federal Land Management Agencies (FLMAs),
Tribal governments, and
state/local governments sponsored by FLMAs or Tribal governments
