Opportunity: BIL-Carbon Utilization Procurement Grants Under Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Section 40302
Overview and Eligible Uses: The Carbon Utilization Procurement Grants Program will provide incentives for eligible entities to procure and use commercial or industrial products derived from anthropogenic carbon oxides. These grants will demonstrate that carbon utilization/conversion products can replace incumbent products while significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Award Type: Competitive grant
Eligible Applicants: State, local government, a public utility, or agency.
Key Dates:
Applications are expected to open in the first quarter of the Fiscal year 2023.
Applications will be due approximately 90 days after issuance.
