Overview and Eligible Uses:
The Utah Fuels Management and Community Fire Assistance Program seeks partner organizations to assist with fuel management and community fire assistance programs to reduce the risk and impact of wildfires.
The Utah Cultural and Paleontology Resource Management Program manages archaeological and historic sites, artifact collections, places of traditional cultural importance to Native Americans and other communities, and paleontological resources that occur on federal lands in the state of Utah.
The Utah Invasive and Noxious Plant Management Programs work to prevent, detect, inventory, control, and monitor weed populations on public lands.
The Utah Recreation and Visitor Services Program aims to support projects related to recreation and visitor services in Utah, with a focus on natural resources.
The Utah Threatened and Endangered Species Program participates in multiple partnerships through fiscal and technical contributions that aid in the recovery and conservation of several threatened and endangered plant and animal species.
The Utah Wildlife Resource Management Program works closely with the Utah Game and Fish Department and other partners to monitor and inventory various habitat needs and uses by the diverse wildlife in each area.
Amount:
The Utah Fuels Management and Community Fire Assistance Program has an award floor of $50k and an award ceiling of $500k, with an estimated total program funding of $500k.
The Utah Cultural and Paleontology Resource Program has an award floor of $10k and an award ceiling of $200k, with an estimated total program funding of $750k.
The Utah Invasive and Noxious Plant Management Program has an award floor of $10k and an award ceiling of $350k, with an estimated total program funding of $750k.
The Utah Recreation and Visitor Services Program has an award floor of $20k and an award ceiling of $100k, with an estimated total program funding of $575k.
The Utah Threatened and Endangered Species Program has an award floor of $10k and an award ceiling of $100k, with an estimated total program funding of $300k.
The Utah Wildlife Resource Management Program has an award floor of $50k and an award ceiling of $200k, with an estimated total program funding of $300k.
Award Type: All programs are offering cooperative agreements.

Federally and non-Federally recognized Native American tribal organizations.
Private, public, and State controlled institutions of higher education
Nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status with the IRS
Independent school districts
Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities
Special district governments
Key Dates: All applications for these programs except for the Threatened and Endangered Species program are due April 19, 2024 at 5 PM ET. The Threatened and Endangered Species program is due April 22, 2024 at 5 PM ET.
