Opportunity: IIJA Bureau of Land Management Montana/Dakota Good Neighbor Authority
Overview and Eligible Uses: The Good Neighbor Authority is intended to facilitate partnerships with states, counties, and federally recognized Indian Tribes, to plan and implement forest, rangeland and watershed restoration projects, including those that protect fish and wildlife habitat. Priority activities include the aforementioned projects, and include treatment of insect and disease infected trees and reduction of hazardous fuels.
Amount: $2 million total is available, and an estimate 4 awards will be made worth between $20,000 to $1 million each.
