Opportunity: FY23 IIJA Bureau of Land Management Nevada (NV) Fuels Management and Community Fire Assistance Program
Overview and Eligible Uses: BLM Nevada is looking for partner organizations to assist with fuel management and community fire assistance programs to reduce the risk and impact of wildfires. Additionally, the program is looking to develop and implement fire education and training; conduct community wildfire assessments or Community Wildfire Protection Plans (CWPPs); enhance local employment opportunities; implement plans for monitoring and maintaining general activities.
The program supports projects funded by BIL and IRA.
Amount: $1.05M is being made available under this opportunity. Award sizes range from $250k to $500k, and a total of 3 awards are anticipated.

State, Special District, County, Native American tribal, City, or township governments.
Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities.
Independent school districts.
Private or Public and State controlled institutions of higher education.
Native American tribal organizations.
Nonprofits.
*Individuals and for-profit organizations are not eligible to apply.
