Opportunity: FY24 IIJA/IRA Bureau of Land Management Idaho (ID) Aquatic Resource Management
Overview and Eligible Uses: The BLM Idaho Aquatic Resources Program safeguards and rejuvenates riparian, wetland, and aquatic areas to support diverse ecosystem functions. Guided by principles of multiple use and sustained yield, the program addresses issues such as habitat degradation, drought resilience, and invasive species management. Priority actions encompass biodiversity protection, climate resilience, and community engagement. Collaboration opportunities exist to bolster core functions, combat climate impacts, restore habitats, and enhance public awareness. Priority activities include aquatic restoration and rigorous monitoring using established protocols.
Award Type: Cooperative Agreement
Amount: Total estimated program funding of $1,650,000 with an award ceiling of $1,500,000 and an award floor of $150,000.
