Opportunity: IIJA Bureau of Land Management Colorado Threatened and Endangered Species Program
Overview and Eligible Uses: The BLM Colorado Threatened and Endangered Species Program works to conserve and recover federally-listed and Bureau sensitive animal and plant species and their habitat on public lands. The State office is looking for projects that are state or regional in scope or projects that provide a programmatic approach for improving the Bureau effectiveness or efficiency. The program is also looking for projects that will result in or facilitate national implementation or outreach of tangible on the ground actions that will improve species populations (numbers, representation, or resilience) or reduce population level threats.
Amount: Total funding of $350k is anticipated to cover 5 awards, ranging from $25k to $250k.

Federally and non-Federally recognized Native American tribal organizations.
Private, public, and State controlled institutions of higher education
Nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status with the IRS
Independent school districts
Public housing authorities/Native American housing authorities
Special district governments
