Opportunity: IIJA Bureau of Land Management Colorado Rangeland Resource Management
Overview and Eligible Uses: The Rangeland Management program monitors and assesses soil, vegetation, and land conditions. With this announcement BLM seeks projects that maintain land health and productivity, sequester carbon, and ensure resilient landscapes. Potential activities funded under this announcement include land conservation, stakeholder engagement, and mapping.
This program supports programs authorized by IIJA and IRA.
Amount: A total of $200k is being made available under this announcement, with award sizes ranging from $25k to $100k.
Award Type: Cooperative agreemenet
Eligible Applicants: A range of entity types are eligible to apply, including: state, tribal, special purpose, and local governments; nonprofit organizations; and higher education institutions
Key Dates: Applications are due May 31, 2023
