Opportunity: IIJA Bureau of Land Management California Invasive and Noxious Plant Management
Overview and Eligible Uses: This program works to prevent, detect, inventory, control, and monitor weed populations on public lands. Bureau of Land Management California has an opportunity to work with partner organizations to collaboratively manage and coordinate treatments, inventories, monitoring, education and outreach, and prevention activities to control new infestations and treatment to remove existing infestations of noxious weeds and invasive species to gain efficiencies across multiple jurisdictions.
Amount: 10 awards are anticipated across $300,000 in total funding

State, county, city, or township governments
Federally and non-Federally recognized Native American tribal organizations.
Private, public, and State controlled institutions of higher education
Nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status with the IRS
Independent school districts
Public housing authorities/Native American housing authorities
Special district governments
