BLM Opens $235K for Nevada Wildlife Resource Management Program

Opportunity: FY23 IIJA Bureau of Land Management Nevada (NV) Wildlife Program
Overview and Eligible Uses: The Bureau of Land Management Nevada Wildlife Program is focused on ensuring self- sustaining populations and a natural abundance and diversity of wildlife on public lands for the enjoyment and use of present and future generations. The program is responsible for managing habitats for wildlife species that depend on public lands for all or part of their lifecycle. Program activities can be wide-ranging but must address habitat maintenance, restoration, and species conservation.
Amount: $235,000 total, issued to up to four grantees with awards worth between $12,000 and $100,000.

Federally and non-Federally recognized Native American tribal organizations
Private, public and State controlled institutions of higher education
Nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status with the IRS
Independent school districts
