Opportunity: READY Appalachia: A Community Capacity-Building Initiative
Overview and Eligible Uses: To assist Appalachian communities—particularly those that are underserved—identify, plan, and implement transformational and long-needed projects utilizing the wide range of newly available federal funding sources.
Amount: Awards of up to $100,000, for a total of $2M in funding
Award Type: Competitive grant
Eligible Applicants: Local Development Districts (Council of Governments, Regional Planning and Development Commissions, or Area Development Districts). You can find your local LDD on ARC’s full list of LDDs.
Key Dates: Applications are due on December 31, 2022
